Meet the Creators

Happy Wednesday! We’re so glad that you’re here, at Koinonia, and we get to pursue Christ together each day. Today, as our last launch series post, we will introduce the contributors, the faces behind the words. While we are very different in many ways, God has placed on our hearts a similar passion for reaching out and sharing the Good News, as all Christians are called to! Regan

Hey y’all! I’m Regan, and I am a Vocal Music Education major at Belmont University. Aside from lots of singing, in my free-time I love to go swing dancing with friends here in Nashville, swim, and go on lots of walks. The Bible verse that is currently speaking into my life is James 1:2-4. These verses, and really the whole book of James have been incredibly life giving in my college years.

Kayli

Hey hey! I’m Kayli and I am an Interior Design Major in Belmont’s O’More college. In my free time I can be found dancing — mainly country partner dances like two-step and swing, but I also enjoy ballroom and GOOFY grooves. My “life verse” is 2 Corinthians 3:17, but lately I’ve been really meditating on Lev 20:26 and Jeremiah 33:3. Some fun facts about me include that I am obsessed with cows, John QUINCY Adams, and The Band Camino (and I am always down to talk about any or all of them). My personal claim to fame is that “yeehaw” has been a consistent part of my vocabulary well before it was cool. Can’t wait to get to know y’all!

Allison

Hello everyone! ⁠My name is Allison and I am a Bio/Pre-Med major with a Music minor at the University of Tulsa. While I have quite a few hobbies that I enjoy, recently I’ve been doing a lot of sticker graphic designing and I love finding fun spots to hammock! The verse that’s currently speaking to me is Psalms 34:4. A fun fact about me is that I eat cheese as if it were going extinct. I can’t wait to get to know you all!

Hi everyone! I’m Holly and I am majoring in Biochemistry at the University of Tulsa. About a year ago I picked up the hobby of aerial silks and I love it! In this back to school season, I’ve been meditating a lot on Matthew 9:36-38, praying for bold laborers for the Kingdom, and trying to be more intentional with how I spend time with friends both old and new. A fun fact about me is that I am a former military brat and one of my favorite places to be when I was younger was the Commissary on base!

Arianna

Hi y’all! ⁠My name is Arianna, and I am a Psychology major at Florida Southern College in the sweet city of Lakeland, Florida. When I’m not dancing around singing Abba in my pj’s, I’m often found rock climbing, playing my guitar, or humming the tune of Secret Tunnel (Avatar the Last Airbender people, where ya at?!). ⁠For the past few months, Isaiah 43 has been deeply on my heart, and it’s been radically changing the way I’ve been looking at circumstances. A fun fact about me is that while I live in FL for school, I have been to Nashville over 20 times in the last two years and plan to move there when I graduate!
